21.Patron
The speaker of the First Parliament Mr. Krishna Prasad Bhattarai and the present speaker of the House of Representatives shall be the patrons of this Forum.
22.Vote of No Confidence
The 25 percent of the total members of the Forum can register the vote of no confidence against any official or the member of the Forum and the opportunity of clarification shall have been provided to such official or the member before the procedure of voting. The vote of no confidence shall be passed by the majority of the total members.
23.Amendment
The Constitution amendment proposal can be submitted to the General Assembly or to the Special General Assembly meeting as decided by the Executive Committee and the majority of the total members of the Forum can amend the constitution. The amendment shall come into force after the approval of the concerned officer.
23.Dissolution of the Forum
Finally, the Committee shall decide in case of a situation of dissolution of the Forum due to any reason. In case of the Forum’s dissolution the property of it shall be transferred to the Government of Nepal.
23.Interpretation of the Constitution
Any clause of this constitution inconsistent with the prevalent Acts and Regulations shall, to the extent of such inconsistency, be inactive. The power of final decision of interpretation of this constitution shall go to the Executive Committee.
23.Prevention
All the acts and actions performed till date in the name of the Forum shall have been considered as done according to this constitution.
23.Sub-Committees
The Committee can act forming the Sub-Committees as needed.
23.Advisors
The Committee shall form an Advisory Board from among the experts of different fields of knowledge for easy performance of its responsibilities.
