General Assembly

17.Formation of Assembly and its Session

1. The members of the Forum shall be the members of the General Assembly.
2. The General Assembly meeting shall be held once a year. The Special General Assembly meeting can be called as needed.
3. The quorum of the General Assembly meeting shall be 51 percent. The quorum of the next day meeting if called in case of non-quorum shall be of 25 percent.
4. The notice of the General Assembly meeting shall have been given to the members in written form or in the electronic medium.
5. The Chairman shall have called the meeting of the Special General Assembly within 30 days of demand of the 25 percent members.

18.Functions, Duties and Powers of the General Assembly

1. The Committee, all the Officials and Members of the Forum shall be responsible for the Assembly.
2. To discuss and pass the report submitted on behalf of the Committee.
3. To appoint the authorized auditor.
4. To approve the action taken by the Committee.
5. To approve the decision of the Committee regarding the annual program submitted on behalf of the Committee.
6. The post of any official or the member of a Committee shall be terminated in case of passing the vote of no confidence by the majority of the total members of the General Assembly.
7. To approve the amendment of the constitution discussing on the amendment proposal submitted by the Committee.
8. The subject or the proposal submitted to the Assembly meeting shall be decided by the majority of the attended members. In case of equal votes the chairperson shall cast the decisive vote.
9. To formulate the policies of the Forum.
