The Forum shall have its own separate fund and the following amount shall have been collected in it
The grant received by the Government of Nepal.
The grant received from any foreign government or international organization as accepted by the Government of Nepal.
The increase amount collected from the movable and immovable property of the Forum.
The amount granted or donated by any person or organization.
The amount collected from the membership and membership renewal fee.
The amount received from any other sources
All the amount of the Forum shall have been deposited by operating the account in the Forum’s name in any commercial bank and the account shall have been operated in the joint signatures of any two of the Chairman, General Secretary and Treasurer.
The account holders shall bear all the responsibilities concerning the fund.
20.Auditing
The details of income and expenditures of the Forum shall have been maintained as per the double entry system.
The auditing of income and expenditure shall have been done by the auditor appointed by the General Assembly in every fiscal year.
The audit report shall have been approved by the General Assembly meeting. The approved annual audit report and the progress report should have been submitted to the Local Officer.
